Now Beau doesn’t just have to get through heats only an Alpha would be able to help with, but has to tolerate Emilio, the guy who doesn’t only hate him, but his Omega scent.

Which doesn’t really make sense, what with how protective and possessive the Alpha gets when Beau goes into heat…and how he keeps volunteering to help him through them.
Beau might take him up on that offer, but that doesn’t mean he’s going to fall in love.

I love that this book separates us a little from the "coming out" niche that the omegas were in for the beginning of the series. It's been 10 years that omegas were able to be out in the league, and there's somehow still growing pains. But I really enjoyed seeing how a supportive work environment can help these men thrive. And then there's Beau. Sweet, oblivious Beau. He just wants to be friends with everyone, which gets him into a bit of a pickle. He thinks that everyone is on the same page as him, but that's not necessarily the case. But I loved to watch them figure it out.
